I stayed 7 days here. Changed Hotel room more them 3. Wanted to change the hotel but #cleartrip team denied for refund. Worst hotel. Worst staff behaviour. Never prefer for Corporate purpose. Everywhere splitting of tobacco in washroom. Attaching pics. Totally unhygienic hotel. No proper room service. Breakfast not provided properly. Only poha available in breakfast. Sometimes not available. Room cleaning not done regularly. Old bedsheets are being reused. Used towel was served on initial day of stay. It is even worst than local lodge.

Very bad experience extremely dirty rooms. I have not high expectations with this price. But it was a nightmare . Not family hotel at all.

Service Is Not Good & Food Is So Very Costly.& Breck Fast Also Not Good This Rent.

Had a terrible experience at FabHotel Skyland booked via Goibibo. The AC was leaking water under our bed, making the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was denied despite being included in the booking. The room condition was poor, staff was rude and unhelpful, and even basic amenities like mineral water were not provided. Definitely not worth the money! Avoid this hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I had a reservation (booked a month in advance)that was confirmed, but just hours before my stay, i made a call to the hotel to inform them i will be checking in late, that's when the owner told me that he can't proceed with this booking. To make matters worse, when I tried to resolve the issue, I was told I would need to pay extra if I wanted a room at the last minute. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone based on this frustrating experience.

Never ever book this hotel for anything. We made the mistake of booking them. Had made our reservations a month in advance of travelling and on the day of arrival, just few hours before we reached the hotel they demanded extra money and threatened to cancel our booking. Us, a group of girls were left with no option to stay at midnight. We booked via Agoda and the owner at the last moment said that they are unable to accommodate us and left us stranded on the road. We tried communicating with Fabhotel and Agoda customer care as well but in vain. Worst experience. Do not ever book them

Despite having a confirmed reservation, they canceled my booking just a few hours before check-in. That left me scrambling for alternatives. The lack of communication was particularly frustrating. I only found out about the cancellation when I called to confirm my arrival time. This is not the kind of service I expected, especially when making plans far in advance. The owner and fab hotel representatives were extremely rude. Gave no solutions whatsoever. Would not recommend this place to anyone

SCAMMERS AND CHEATERS!!!! I strongly advise against booking this hotel. We booked 2 rooms here, a room a month in advance, but just a few hours before our arrival, they demanded additional payment and told us they do not have rooms. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This is one of the worst hotel rooms I've stayed at. Rooms are tiny and have no windows Room was infested with cockroaches Main door has a flimsy lock on the inside Main doors lock was not working. Luckily they have a latch outside. So I asked for a lock. They staff actually said it's not needed because they have CCTV. I still insisted for a lock. But in the evening they took it back because someone else was going out and asked for a lock. The walls were called with dirt and spit stains. The bathroom door could not be locked from the inside. It will be a challenge to find a worse room.

Worst experience ever. No one should ever book rooms here. First, we were denied rooms despite paying booking amount and taking reconfirmation from Booking.com. As they were letting it out to other people who were ready to pay more due to high demand. Then after 15 minutes of struggle and argument they finally cooked some stupid story for denying the room and allotted 2 rooms as booked. Secondly, worst cleanliness. Towels were dirty, bathrooms were very dirty despite making them clean it twice. Water in the wash basin was black in color. Coach roaches in the washroom. We just somehow managed to spend one night as we had already paid the money. Spent 17,000 for 2 rooms for 1 night.
