It was a pleasant experience.. good and clean room

Cheap but they need to be mindful of guests hygiene, sheets and blankets needs to be cleaner..

They don't even deserve a single star also. They are taking bookings of 3 people and provide a single bed and asking for extra payment when you come for check in and saying we charge extra for extra bedding. They are simply LOOTING the customers. Worst service, worst staff ever came across. I kindly request all the people who are about to make booking with this hotel, please please don't spoil your day, your trip, your stay and specially it's simply a waste of money.

DO NOT TRUST THE HIGH RATINGS – THIS HOTEL DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! We booked a stay from for 2 days via Booking.com, but upon arrival, the owner claimed we had no reservation and forced us to pay an unreasonably high amount to stay. Since we had no other option, we agreed after confirming the stay was for two nights. Shockingly, on the second morning, they forced us to check out, claiming the hotel was full. We even offered to pay a higher price to stay because shifting hotels last minute was extremely inconvenient but they refused. After hours of hassle, we finally booked another hotel and were literally standing on the street with our luggage when they suddenly called to say a room was available again. ZERO INTEGRITY. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. To make things worse, the rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and the rooms are in a lobby. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Rooms is not cleaned and bedsheet is also looks like the used one ,AC is not working. Water that keep inside room for drinking is smelling bad. Overall very pathetic experience.

The bedsheets were already used, with hair and other debris on them. The bathroom was unclean, the AC wasn’t working, and, to make matters worse, the reception staff was asleep and showed no interest in replacing the bedsheets. As a result, we had to use our own. The 4.4 star rating on Google is all fake, it's not even a worth of 1 star

Horrible place for stay.dirty bedrooms bed sheets were filled with dust , too much bad smell of cigarettes. Water bottles are not seal packed , no hot water available for bath,never take this hotel…worst hotel

Not at all for family. Only for men. Loose condom packets were found behind beds and no cleaning of rooms.

Not at all hygienic and clean. No amenities provided. Dirty bucket, stained bed sheets, and stained towels. The phone is of no use, as no one picks up if you call. I had to go to the reception area to find no one at least 5 to 6 times to tell them what I needed. Then, too, it was not done. Pathetic service and cleanliness in the room. Breakfast is ordered from outside thru swigging, so it was cold and will be served according to their time, not according to their guest times. Paid 30k for 2 nights to get this type of pathetic service.

FabHotels has been promoting this hotel while there is no branding of them. It's looks like more of OYO as against FabHotels property. Also, the room services are not there. Additionally, they talk about the breakfast, for which they take the orders a night in advance and order from outside. Simple tea ordered takes them and hour to be delivered in your room. The rooms are just okay with no amenities at all. Your call now.
