Ac and tv not working

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Upon checking into the room, I was immediately greeted with a dirty washroom. There were visible stains on the floor and an unpleasant odor lingering in the air, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. The bedsheet was stained and looked as though it hadn't been changed in a while. It was an unpleasant sight and not something you'd expect in any hotel, let alone one that's supposed to offer decent accommodations. The management seemed to be either overwhelmed or indifferent to these issues. The rooms were decent and the hotel is in a good location. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor management made the stay incredibly uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel unless they take serious steps to address their hygiene and customer service problems. This is a budget hotel and don't expect much.

Rooms is not cleaned and bedsheet is also looks like the used one ,AC is not working. Water that keep inside room for drinking is smelling bad. Overall very pathetic experience.

The bedsheets were already used, with hair and other debris on them. The bathroom was unclean, the AC wasn’t working, and, to make matters worse, the reception staff was asleep and showed no interest in replacing the bedsheets. As a result, we had to use our own. The 4.4 star rating on Google is all fake, it's not even a worth of 1 star

I booked the room 1 month in advance and also confirmed over call 10 days before. It was confirmed at the time. Then, since they wanted to increase 5he fare, they canceled the booking and didn't even inform. I found out only after visiting in person for check-in, and due to this last minute information had to book after paying 2.5× the original amount.

I wish I could give zero star. Very bad and unhygienic room. Provided unsealed and used refilled bisleri water in the room. Also they will fool you with breakfast. Dont book breakfast along. They will provide only poha and pakoda that too they bought from local street stall.

Room and bed linen was dirty. Room was not the same as shown in picture. Toilet was dirty and soiled. It looked like they never cleaned the room and bathroom for a very long time

It’s a shame in the name of hotel… nothing less than 1 star is possible, else would have given…. Few shady rooms, uncleaned, dirty linen from previous user, cockroaches… and list goes on. We reached at 10pm and had to leave by 7am, so somehow had to spend the night. Only advantage was it’s around 15-20 min from airport. It’s a fraud in the name of FabHotel.

Pathetic experience of stay, don’t go by photos shown on google/ booking.com…. Rooms are box size with no ventilation at all…. Entry/exit itself is pretty shady, not recommended at all….

Not a family hotel. Very dark ambience, not properly furnished, broken walls. Staff was accommodating.
