I liked this hotel very much and the staff here is also very good. Please come to this hotel once and get a chance to serve me.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

I was allotted room number 311, which was a corner room. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The toilet seat cover in the washroom was broken, and the room was much smaller than what was depicted on the website. Additionally, there was no hot water, the water flow from the tap was very weak, and the room had a persistent unpleasant smell. Overall, my stay was below average, and the facilities did not meet expectations.

The rooms were not clean, bed sheets where dirty.

Very small rooms..some of the rooms in the hotel are without any window. Staff is courteous and helpful. No kitchen in the hotel. Location of the hotel is good. It is on the 4 th floor of a commercial building. The common lift was dirty, with betel leaf stains on the collapsible door.

All other good reviews are fake The room is not clean, and the walls are extremely dirty. The blankets provided are unclean. The bedsheets have burn holes. The washroom is neither clean nor hygienic. Not getting wifi networks as well. The building in which the hotel is located is also quite concerning, with numerous spas and a generally unsafe atmosphere for couples.

Never visit Fab group hotels as they do not allow bookings to cancel in any case. If you argue then they will harass you for cancelling the room and ask you to pay for all the days of booking without even staying. Hotel staff was good but Fab group customer service employees were rude, unaccountable and do not listen any of your request.

It's in a terrible area. The rooms are small and dingy. There are flies everywhere. The staff is not presentable. They don't even give you sealed water bottles. I have come to associate some quality with the Fab name. I think I'll need to stop this expectation. Clearly Fab has focused on scale too much to bother about what the brand stands for. Disappointed with Fab a lot more than I was with this hotel.
