Very good hotel in one of the best accessible locations. Airport is just 5 kilometers, and Naroda bus station is in walking distance. It can’t get get better when it comes to accessibility. The staff is very friendly, helpful. The place is very safe unlike other rundown hotels. Anytime I visit Ahmedabad, I’ll stay here for sure.

Hotel is gud. Staff also gud best room service And food is gud hotel is near and clean 24 hour wifi

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

On booking website the name is shown as 'Fab hotel Galaxy' but in reality it is ' Hotel Galaxy OYO'. So after reaching the destination, it's very difficult to decide whether you are at right hotel. After check in... Wi fi and land line was not working. For any assistance, you have to rush to reception.

Room and bed linen was dirty. Room was not the same as shown in picture. Toilet was dirty and soiled. It looked like they never cleaned the room and bathroom for a very long time

The room was not hygenic, no hot water, no toiletries, no cleaness, i could see spider web in window.

Location on website shows 2.5 km from airport. Actual distance 8 km. Room are poor maintained. They are oyo rooms and no sign of fab hotel. TV not working. Matress and blanket have foul smell. Over priced. Worst experience. Website say pay at property but someone will call u from fab hotel and insist on paying. Stay away . Deserve negative ratings.
