Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.
No worth for money. The services and rooms are pathetic. Never opt for the breakfast option they serve stale food. Hardly any space inside the room though the photos show. They didn't provide an extra bed , for which We had already paid at the time of booking. I would recommend this place for families.
Wholesome can say the hotel is not as big as shown in ingars its tiny. Please remove the breakfast facility for this hoetl as it has no dinning neither a kitchen they nring from out cheap quality food and give ro water in used disposed bottels brought by other guests.i wasnguven water in rail neer bottles which eas used by other guests. They had no waiting area.they dont even change bedsheets and clean the room. Very bad room services. I highly recommended to remove from fab hotels as they are spoiling the name
Avoid this hotel at all costs We travelled 3 hours to reach this hotel, and at the point of check in we were told that we were not allowed to stay due being tourist and no where on the point of booking could we see that only Indian residents only. We paid and still haven’t received a refund so they have stole our money. Leaving me, my family ( 2 elderly parents, and a baby) in the heat of India. JUST AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST
This hotel refused my stay even though i had paid online for a room I asked for a refund and they said call custmer services who said they would issue a refund but they did not. The hotel is scam they take peoples money and refuse you to Stay. This means they are overbooking and turnint people away. I also found the receptionist to be racist.
scam artists took my money when I booked online and didn't allow me to stay even though I had am OCI card but my wife didn't. I had children and elder people with me. Disgusting from the hotel. Did not give my money back either. They must have oversold room because there was a concert on the night. However no refund. Please avoid as they are scam artists.
I actually don't give reviews , but I thought give for this hotel because some other person should not go through what I went , So I have booked this hotel online and paid online and I went to check in @ 11:00pm, there the receptionist who was there made me wait for 10min , just to tell rooms are not available ..go and talk to customer care....these are the exact words he spoke ...I was right infront of him since 10min and he didnt say anything. So then I contacted customer care , they told me handover phone to hotel receptionist...I gave....and receptionist told them...."from yesterday I am asking you to give offline paid booking, y are you sending only online paid booking, send offline then only I will accept" this are words he spoke to customer care inspite of room availability he didn't give , and the customer care executive rechanged my hotel to different location which is 1.5 km away ....and this all happened at 11:00pm....there are two more , people infront who has just gone through this and waiting for customer care executive to re-change the hotel.....
I booked a room with booking.com. Then I got an email from the hotel that I shall pay some prepayment, what I did. When I arrived the staff told me, as a foreigner I'm not allowed to get a room there (governmental rules). After that I wanted my prepayment back. I contacted their customer service. They were not paying me back that money. Only booking.com eventually compensated me, which I appreciate very much. But even they did not get any reply from the hotel.
The hotel is on 2nd floor of the complex. Through main entrance there are only stairs to go to the hotel else you have to go to underground parking and take a lift from there. The rooms are very small. The bedsheets were not clean and the plaster was falling from walls. We had early check out so they didn't help us to take out the luggage.
