Location and service was good, enjoyed the stay. However when we did the booking, we paid RS 10000/- and the invoice we received upon checkout is RS 9231.80/- invoice no. EDAYP/2425/00444 dated 29 Dec 24, reaching out to Fab hotels, we got response that there is no refund on our booking, help us getting back refund.

All experience is good but I am book 3 deluxe room but hot provided only 2 rooms so kindly reimbursement of my 1 room rent

Rooms were not as shown in photos. The room was just average. In one room the water heater was not working, We had to go to another room to take a shower, The hotel manager offered us another room the next day but that room also had issues (no lock to the bathroom door, AC was leaking water inside the room). There is no food available at the hotel, however the hotel staff was helping and made available dinner from a nearby restaurant.

The rooms are not kept well, chipping of paints a every corner of the room. The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures on the website. Though The charges weren't too High, it was unexpected to find the rooms in such a state.

Rooms looks like haveli, AC not working. They provide RO water in Use Plastic bottles From Outside buildings looks like 1947 condition. It's not the first time Fab hotel only looking for the commission. Did any one from management do the Surprise visit? Fab management don't care about . Just need money U book the hotel pay thier commission online after u will be like orphan. I would like to communicate someone from operation department regarding my concern.

After paying the amount I was expected to pay 900/- extra at the reception to get the room and the room given is not at all same as seen in the photo.No help was given from fabhotel customer care support.The room had leaking taps and the geyser wasn't working.

I recently tried to book a hotel and communicated with a lady from the team. We discussed all the details thoroughly, and I was assured that my booking was confirmed. However, after that conversation, the lady stopped responding to my calls and messages. For the next 2–3 days, I repeatedly called Fab Hotels for clarification. Every time, an unknown person answered the call, and I had to explain the situation from the beginning, including the booking date and other details. Each time I requested to speak with the same lady, but no one connected me to her or provided any proper answers. Finally, I asked to speak with someone in charge or a supervisor, but I received no response. The lack of communication and coordination in their management is unacceptable. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with booking confirmation. Terrible service and unprofessional behaviours.

I had given prior intimation to the hotel that I'll be checking in late night... after arriving at the hotel at 11:30pm i was asked by the reception staff to go to other hotel and they were not at all sorry for the act I was told the other hotel is 1km away but it turned out 2kms from Hotel Raj Ratan.Finally after reaching the other hotel named Crystal Inn...i had to park my car on road....no parking...no restaurant... degraded condition of room for which i had paid....no hot water.... nothing was worth spending a night there.Fab should remove such properties from their listings.Worst experience I ever had. 0 ratings for Hotel Raj Ratan and as well as Hotel Crystal Inn.

Hotels are quite different than shown in pictures. Tried to rescheduled in different hotel. After lot of drama had to stay in same hotel. FabHotel customer service didn’t pick the call until the issue was resolved between me and hotel and they didn’t refund my booking charges. Better avoid, just another aggregar trying to mint money from both travellers and hotel
