"Very bad experience. Rooms were smelling of cigratte smoke. Bothroom was very small. We wanted to cancel one night as my family was not comfortable with the cigratte smoke smell. But we were not allowed to cancel. We paid the full money but vacated and moved to another hotel for the second night. First mistake was that i should have cancelled this booking when the hotel was changed from my original booking. I lost money but learnt a lesson ."
