Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Even dormitory is better than this hotel. Dirty rooms Dirty pillow. Room was stinking. Cleanliness was very bad. No proper hygiene

It was a pathetic experience staying at Fab Alpine / related property. It was as if these Properties were not maintained from ages. Ceiling Leakage in rooms and washroom, Broken Wash Basin, Broken Door Handles at both the properties, Non-Supply of Toiletries and cheating while dining in Alpine prompted me to write this bad review. Corner cutting from the breakfast by not suppling the actual butter AND watery raita. Broken Window of my room (307) was a free run for mosquitoes resulting not able to sleep whole night. Only solace was, reception staff was cooperative.

The location of the Hotel is wonderful. Rest of the things are falsely mentioned in the website. The room is stinky, the bedsheets/linen not changed, Old furniture, poor quality of mattresses, mosquitoes, Toilet seat brokwn, washroom not cleaned, open wires, dampness and piant peeling on the walls, dirty curtains, TV not working, Toiletries not available, Water bottle and glass not kept in the room, Extremely overpriced in absence of all these things. Over and above the staff is not courteous. NEVER EVER TRY TO SELECT THIS HOTEL.

Rooms were dirty, not at all like shown in photo. Does not even deserve one star. Example no gyser, bathrooms taps were dripping. No windows
