When you travel for the vacation you look for the coasy and serene out Scott which this hotel fits for. My experience with the hotel and the staff were pretty amazing . They were more welcoming. Food was amazing. The best thing is absolutely the window view of the hills. Would love to use the three beautiful words “ will visit again” . Thankyou for making my travel worthwhile.
Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. Could not have been more helpful. Excellent rooms which were very spacious. Great housekeeping. Outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & Bustle of city.
One of the best hotel in ranipool.staf was friendly.good hospitality.room was nead and clean.the food was awesome specially I love the seakwa chicken.
Amazing and attentive staff, comfortable and clean rooms, great location. I'd live here if I could, really. Definitely, definitely going to come back. Thank you for the great experience!
The location of the property was great . It was easy to excess & was far from the crowded area . Parking of car was available. Over all food , ambiance & service was great. Love to visit again with family.
My hotel room experience was enjoyable, with a spacious layout. The location was outside the area of Ranipool, which was quite quiet. We booked this room for around 2500/- per night offline. Unfortunately, if we had booked it online, it should have been at a cheaper price. The surrounding location was filled with beauty - the mesmerizing voice of the river, the enthralling voice of birds, and breathtaking hills. The rooms were spacious, with a clean bathroom. The staff was good, but the restaurant had fewer choices due to fewer guests. However, the food was very flavorful. In the evening, you can't roam outside as it gets dark, and there are no options available outside after 7 PM.
Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!
Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
The staff is quite humble and polite but requires professional training. The room did not have basic amenities like disposable shaving or tooth brush kit. There is no menu card and food preferences are minimal. As the hotel is quite new it is slowly going to pick up. Overall a good experience as far as the staff and manager are concerned.
