When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our hotel room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 27th Nov 2023 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

The hotel was very centrally located..... our stay was short but very pleasant.... . the room and facilities were excellent with a luxurious bathroom.... he staff was especially hospitable and friendly.... would not hesitate to come back....

Basic amenities like cable tv and ac were not working. Complained at fab customer care but no result. Booked two rooms, cable tv were not working in both rooms. Ac remote in one room was not available in one room ac was not working. In breakfast one parthha was provided that was also worst. Rooms were suffocated. Overall very poor experience or you can say worst experience. Moreover after complaining fab customer care no body turned up, which means they are not listening fab people. In future i will keep distance from fab and will not recommend anyone. Thanks.

Pathetic experience, it felt like literally I threw away money. Hotel tarrif should not be more than 800 rd per night based on the service provided. No water in washroom this is basic amenities that one should not be even talking about. After charging 6400 RS for 2 nights you guys can't even give a room with working telephone and water in washroom?
