Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. I loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as I can. ))

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th April 2018 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. Could not have been more helpful. Excellent rooms which were very spacious. Great housekeeping. Outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & Bustle of city.

Hotel Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. While the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, the overall experience was severely impacted by the lack of basic amenities. The washroom was not cleaned properly, which was a major letdown. The administration was unhelpful and showed no interest in addressing our concerns. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, they refused to provide it, which felt like a breach of their promise. Additionally, there was no proper backup for electricity. During our 22-hour stay, we faced multiple blackouts, at least 4-5 times, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of basic facilities and the poor response from the hotel staff made the stay quite unpleasant. I would not likely recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements to their services and management.

The room was spacious and fine and the AC was super chilling. But other then that there were many issues like 1. Instead of 24 hours Hot Water it was hot water on request. We had to request the manager to switch on the connection of the geyser 2. Complimentary Mineral water had to be asked for. 1 bottle for 2 persons instead of 2 per 2 persons 3. Cleaning had to be requested otherwise they don't clean the room daily 4. Housekeeping services not available. No one comes to do your bedding 5. Towels given on the first day are not changed even on the 3rd day even after requesting 6. Even with the above issues we are forced to give 5 star rating on Fab Hotels or MakeMyTrip WhatsApp message

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

Too bad. I never had a stay like this type of hotel. I booked for two days, with full payment but left the hotel on same day. If possible delist this property.

First of all I wasn't allowed to do early check in, had to wait for more than 1.5 hours despite paying the early check-in fess as requested by the officer online. Secondly the room was very unhygienic, AC wasn't working, TV wasn't working, there was no fan, ceiling was dropping powder, they charged delivery fees ranging from 20-40 rs for delivering food from ground floor to your room. It was not that they had to walk the stairs lift was available.
