1 AverageIssue started with the pending payment which i did as show in the app as i was not informed how to pay the pending amount. secondly the documentation part took a lot of time and was done twice by the hotel staffs. their behaviour was terrible not able to provide solution or talk properly. i want with my family consisting of my in-laws and their attitude was something very doubty not sure why. i really had a terrible experience in fab this time round as i booked fab as per past experiences in lucknow which now changed to disgusting. no cleanliness no proper hotel management numerous time things were being asked to the hotel staffs. 0/10 rating fully unsatisfied.Debanjan Das, 22 Sep

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 4 Feb

5 FabulousWhen we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.Mantu Kumar, 4 Feb
