    "Issue Started with The Pending Payment which I did as show in the app as I was not informed how to pay the pending amount. Secondly the documentation part took a lot of time and was done twice by the hotel staffs. Their behaviour was terrible not able to provide solution or talk properly. I want with my family consisting of my In-LawS and their attitude was something very doubty not sure why. I really had a terrible experience in Fab this time round as I booked Fab as per past experiences in Lucknow which now changed to disgusting. No cleanliness No proper Hotel Management numerous time things were being asked to the hotel staffs. 0/10 Rating Fully Unsatisfied."
