Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

We orgnaizes a corparate meating and all member very happy for there service , open bar roof top have live music and the singer have very Magical Voice. Nice place in jhotwara for party . Owner responce very nice , mr rajveer singh very good owner they ask all time for over Comfort. Must vist higherly recomanded.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th April 2018 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

Towels and sheets were not clean. Not guided to the room. I was handed a room card and told, please use the lift to reach your room. Water was not fresh. Telephone in the room was not working. Electricity voltage fluctuated through out the stay.

Very bad experience ,the vegetables were to oily and service was also too late. None of the family member liked the food . In short terms we had a very bad experience. The waiters were looking ugly not judging them but they were really looking very unhygenic.
