I recently stayed at Shane Villa Residency for three nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is a major plus – it's within walking distance of the town center, making it very convenient. For anyone traveling from Dharamshala to McLeodganj, the hotel is ideally situated right on the way, just about 3 km out. One of the highlights was the mesmerizing view from the hotel rooftop. Since it’s east-facing, you get to witness a beautiful sunrise each morning – a perfect way to start the day! The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I’d highly recommend Shane Residency for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and scenic place to stay!

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Location, staff behaviour, facilities, food, everything is just wonderful. Staff was very friendly, the rooms were large and tastefully Designed, the lobby and outdoor area was very beautiful...

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Hotel staff was good with healthy response and they were doing everything for the customers. The rooms were so clean and fresh . The price were also best. The hotel is 5/5

Hotel with restaurant and situated very conveniently at Chamunda road side. We found restaurant food good, reasonably priced to be pocket friendly and dining room large and neat. A vegetarian place where you can have decent option of soft and carbonated drinks. Service is okay and so is the housekeeping. I would recommend the place for families as well.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

Worst hotel to stay. I had been to this hotel recently, the hotel was booked via OYO rooms. Firstly, the rooms that were provided were not worth the amount being charged. Rooms are small, bedding are dirty, blanket not washed since ages. Most facilities do not work like Intercom, TV etc. They do not have their own restaurant, they cook in an untidy kitchen and give room service. Quality of food not good, if you drink their tea you might get diabetes. Over all I feel I wasted my money by booking a room in this hotel.
