    "Extremely dirty and unhygienic room. Dirty bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket. Extremely dirty washroom. Even after asking they don't have clean bedsheets and no towel is provided. Don't waste your money booking this hotel."

    "All other good reviews are fake The room is not clean, and the walls are extremely dirty. The blankets provided are unclean. The bedsheets have burn holes. The washroom is neither clean nor hygienic. Not getting wifi networks as well. The building in which the hotel is located is also quite concerning, with numerous spas and a generally unsafe atmosphere for couples."

If you argue then they will harass you for cancelling the room and ask you to pay for all the days of booking without even staying.     "It's in a terrible area. The rooms are small and dingy. There are flies everywhere. The staff is not presentable. They don't even give you sealed water bottles. I have come to associate some quality with the Fab name. I think I'll need to stop this expectation. Clearly Fab has focused on scale too much to bother about what the brand stands for. Disappointed with Fab a lot more than I was with this hotel."

    "The hotel is really not good but the location is really good, with it being very close to Ahmedabad airport, have a lot of shops around to provide for all the basic needs. The room was very small but it was clean enough. The washrooms was designed in such an optimized was that you can take shower while sitting on the toilet seat. So if you are looking only to spend a night and leave as soon as morning hits then it is great."

No sign board of Fab Hotel. Building is very dirty. Area not safe for women. No security guards. Rooms are very dirty, full of bad and cigarette smokes. I don't know why Fab Hotel never investigate these kind of hotels."
