Hailed as India’s first multi-disciplinary arts event, Serendipity Arts Festival (SAF) is back in Goa with its fourth edition. It will take place from 15th to 22nd December, 2019 across 10 venues in Panaji, offering an immersive experience for all with 100+ compelling projects.
