From the rarest vintage cameras to some beautiful original photographs from the bygone days, every exhibit at this one-of-its-kind museum comes from the personal collection of a renowned shutterbug himself, Photo Journalist Aditya Arya.

Its priceless collection includes silver ornaments, manuscripts, paintings, metal and wood crafts, embroidered textiles, lacquered ware, architectural brackets and other art objects belonging to the indigenous communities from different regions of India. The art forms which are no more in circulation or are extinct, such as pataka paintings, wooden masks, card puppets, bronze coins, and terracotta figures, are also displayed here and will leave you in awe of our rich culture.

Sanskriti Museums, located within the Sanskriti Kendra complex, are an oasis of culture and art amidst the bustling chaos that Gurgaon is. There are three museums on the premises: Museum of Everyday Art, Museum of Indian Terracotta and Museum of Textiles. Together, these exhibit the excellence in craftsmanship and indigenous heritage of the different cultures in India.
As the name suggests, the Museum of Everyday Art showcases objects connected with the day-to-day life of the urban and rural population of India, that too in the chronological order of use: starting from childhood to old age.
