Situated at the entrance of Noida, Okhla Bird Sanctuary is spread over almost 4 sq km of land. The sanctuary is home to 10 threatened birds species, 20 common resident water birds species, 43 migratory water birds species, 44 common resident woodland species, and 26 migratory woodland birds species. Besides having more than 320 species of birds, the sanctuary has 121 species of herbs, 16 species of grasses, 10 species of shrubs, and 30 species of trees. It is home to 10 species of mammals as well.
