Typically, a city stands out either for its history, its architecture, its people, its food or its culture. But Mumbai is perhaps one of the few cities in the world that symbolizes a mix of everything. It offers so much for a traveller that it might be as pleasurable for you to explore the city as it is disappointing – because you can never cover all of it, not in just two days. For a real feel of the City of Dreams in the short time that you have at hand, you might want to get a glimpse of all its best facets, from the old-world yet vibrant appeal of South Bombay to the blend of chaos and glamour in the suburbs.
