The hotel is located near mall road and is an absolute gem. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with amazing hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were always available, friendly, and eager to assist. The location at this price point during peak season couldn't be better. Situated at walking distance from mall road, it's a perfect base for exploring nearby attractions. I took advantage of its proximity to walk to dinner, visit galleries, and enjoy drinks. The convenience was unbeatable. The rooms were not only clean and beautifully designed but also incredibly cozy. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities. Overall, my experience at the fab Sapphire was exceptional. If you're looking for a charming hotel with top-notch service, fantastic location, and cozy rooms, this is the place to stay. I'll definitely be back! *****
I am very very impressed and happy with the hotel and the staff, location is very close to mall road which makes it very easy and convenient for everyone, the owner Mr sumit was very hospitable and went beyond to make our stay comfortable, and not only him, the entire staff, dinesh joshi bhaiya, amit verma bhaiya, who was available at a single call, everyone was concerned about we don’t miss out anything, joshi bhaiya picked us from our location and dropped us till hotel, rooms were very cozy and spacious and food felt like home, no additional spices and anything, just what a person exactly needs, will 100% recommend sapphire to anyone who comes to Mussoorie, always heard that people at Mussoorie are best to be with, definitely felt the same.
We have requested for RO water , as we were travelling by owned car and needed to refill some water bottles so we can use them during our journey, they said they didn't have any RO facility.. which is unacceptable
I had a very disappointing experience. Booking room initially showed better rooms but later provided a low-quality one and asked for ₹2,000 extra, leaving me with no other option. The service felt like a scam targeted at tourists. They insisted on taking a review right in front of them, which felt forced. The breakfast was very poor in quality, and they even charged ₹200 for a basic tea. It seems the owner is just trying to extract as much money as possible without offering proper service in return.
I booked the Fab hotel for the first time in my life and definitely would be the last one since I had the worst experience ever. I reached the venue with my wife and the host Ashok Goyal was very rude the entire time. At first he said he won't accept the online booking that we did and then then said that the price is low. I told him that I paid the entire amount Rs 6000 for two nights that was shown on the website but he refused to provide me the room. He refused to talk to the company as well. Then I had a word with the customer care and then the host increased the price to 7500 and still didn't give me the room. He had already taken the offline booking at the higher amount and has no room available for us. Instead of providing me the room he arranged me the room in the Fab hotel mountain view which costed him only Rs 5000 as confirmed by the mountain view host. The hotel was quite low graded which I had to take forcefully considering my family's safety at the tourist place. In this way he makes min Rs.2500 without even hosting us and making fun of the Fab hotels and their customers... Worst experience ever
Regretful experience – Not worth the stay Our stay at FabExpress Sapphire was extremely disappointing. The hotel is not accessible by vehicle, and we had to walk 600 meters with luggage. No assistance was provided by the staff, which should have been clearly mentioned during booking. Only two rooms looked decent. The rest were in poor condition, with bad ambience and outdated interiors. Basic services were missing—no towels, poor hygiene, leaking bathrooms, and smelly pillows. We had to constantly follow up for hot water. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the experience even worse. We ended up canceling our second night. We booked based on good reviews, but our experience was the opposite. Would not recommend this property.
property is pathetic room was so dirty that it make u puke. bathroom is again very dirty. property didn't provide any toiletries and we have to ask for every small things. Towel provided was again very dirty and we have to again request for it. charging points near bed are not working. they don't even have the basic things like heat blower as they rooms are so chilled very bad quality of curtains torn bed sheets very poor quality of quilts if you stay in this hotel during winter. staff behave is also very bad. they don't even care about the complaints over all very bad experience. I would recommend not to stay in this property. very very bad experience and we even checked out from the hotel in 4 hours very very very very bad experience do not stay in this property. the toilet seat doesn't have the jetspary which make the entire situation even worst.
Poor Service and Fake Ratings: A Terrible Hotel Experience Here’s the translation: "We arrived at the hotel 2.5 hours before our check-in time, and they charged us a good amount of extra money but refused to give us a bill for it. When we entered the hotel room, the bedsheet, pillow cover, and quilt were all dirty. When we asked them to change them, they initially refused, and only after asking two or three times did they change them. The towels provided were torn and dirty, and the geyser was so bad that we had to bathe in cold water. The food was not only overpriced but also of very poor quality. Never book this hotel; its rating is fake."
The hotel charged us very high rates for a room with balcony and view. But gave us a small room with no balcony. Upon asking, they said either take it or cancel the booking. They didn't provide any toiletries. When asked they said they will get a shampoo satchet from the nearest shop. They had confirmed about vehicle parking but we were made to park on the roadside. Non-vegetarian food was not available. There are no hangers or holders in the bathroom. No handwash as the handwash bottle is broken. The stay was pathetic, but I had to take it as all other hotels were full for the Christmas holidays.
